As a first time customer today, with no other customers in this shop when l arrived, it would have been so nice to have received a \good morning \ or \hello\. Really not great for customer relations. I'm hoping the fish bought fares better!

Hugely impressed. My partner loves seafood but is still a little reluctant to eat out. I thought I'd see if there was a local online option with delivery. Sankeys did not dissapoint. A Fantastic Seafood Platter full of excellent Shellfish including Dressed Crab and Lobster, plus gorgeous Smoked Mackerel and Salmon. Beutifully presented and delivered exactly as promised. I cannot recomend Sankeys more highly. I will definitely order again.
I tried the lobster on Saturday as a wedding anniversay treat and was not disappointed by the taste or the quality so well done on that fact, however I ordered two dressed lobsters and was disappointed with the preparation & presentation. The lobsters had been cut into two and all four halves wrapped individually, but the lobster meat had not been removed from the shells so that the shells could be cleaned and then the meat returned to the shells and dressed accordingly. As stated above the taste and quality lived up to my expectations but if you are selling dressed lobster they should come dressed as stated.
We buy fish, shell fish, and eggs and the quality is exceptional..Sea bass, salmon and prawns are always superb. The online service is perfect with an easy to use website and very reliable and friendly service. There is nothing to dislike and a great deal to praise. It's a local treasure.
Disappointed with the poor service this morning I wanted to buy oysters but they refused to open the oysters slightly I bought Salmon for Sushi and Sashimi but they did not remove the skin The product is great but service poor Hope this feedback significantly improves your attitude to customers
