I just had my car repaired and was pretty amazed at the level of service I received. Upon arrival, Jeffrey my Sales Consultant, had a loaner vehicle ready and waiting for me. There was no delay in getting me going so I wouldn't lose out on my day of work. Then we have Larry, my technician. He called and gave me detailed updates on the status of my car, and even after all indicators that the car was good to go, he performed due diligence testing and was able to identify the true cause of my issue. He is simply amazing!!! To top it off, when I returned a few days later to pick up my car, he came out and sat with me, walked me through all the testing and re-testing and diagnostic steps taken so that I had a true understanding of what was done. The team there was extremely helpful, heard all my concerns and ensured that I left as a happy customer. Though I drive an hour to get there, it is worth the drive because of people like Larry and Jeffery. Thank you both!!!

They have amazing customer service all the time but after everything re-open this is our first time back here for the regular service to the car. Every time Juliana comes to talk there's no social distancing at all I was very uncomfortable. No mask required to the customers. I would like more social distancing between the employees and customers and it would be nice mask required to everyone.

My 1st experience with them was excellent! They have a incredibly personable and knowledgeable staff! Special thank you to Julianna, who is an excellent representative for the establishment! She kept me informed of all options available during my Acura servicing, never pushed on any services and never tried to upsell. She instead explained the importance of each of my options, but left me the agency to decide which to pursue without the slightest pressure. Even after leaving and noticing an issue with my Exterior (not their fault) she immediately set to work with finding options for me to get it repaired. Looking forward to continuing to bring them my business and hope each of you get the same excellent care I have received. Julianna, thank you for your care, concern and true professionalism!

I just buy my new rdx , when I go home,someday. I found this, this screw can move it. But I don’t have time go there and fix it. First time saw this problem , before this car. I buy 2 new car already. But never have this problem
