Needs better organization, forms updated and online access to complete forms. Why do you have phones to contact someone and no one answers them. They say they will call back and I'm not getting a call back. All others are going to voice mail. I needed to get my pillow left in the sleep study lab also why didn't the employees make sure we had everything before they went home and locked the doors so no one can get into pick up their things. This is just not right! Sleep Disorders Center of Ga. needs help with staff.

Great experience with Dr Matin. Had a lot of great information and solutions. He also recommended at home sleep analysis which is a lot more cost effective then a sleep study!
I feel the same way each of you do. I finally was able to make an appointment. Went to see the doctor and he told me I stopped breathing 72 time in 2 hr. This was a month a go I still do not have the machine. He told me to wait and a tech will see me. Afterward those horrible staff members asked me for my phone number and advised me that would give me a call. No call as of today...
Dr. Matin is very nice and has a good “bedside” manner. The staff is very helpful and always calls back promptly.
This place was great before Northside Hospital bought it! The staff was great and pleasant. I always got a return phone call within 24 hours if I had to leave a message and rarely did I have to do that. Now I cannot talk to a live person, I hate that. I received one call back in January from Linda but she is no longer there. I guess they fired her for returning phone calls. I need my prescription for my machine faxed to my new medicare insurance company. I hope I can get a call back.
