I am so pleased that I made a visit to here. Went on a walk with my partner and came across this pub. The location is lovely and had beautiful walks around it. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. Made me feel so welcome. The food menu was excellent with loads of choice. The food was delicious and very tasty. I would love to visit again and highly recommend.

Fantastic food and friendly staff, very well organised in seating their guests to avoid any unnecessary contact. Nice pub and the food was great especially the giant scotch egg starter. Mains were very good also and staff attentive. Great food and good value can recommend

Spot on for some lunch. They offer most options on their main menu as a smaller portion which was perfect for us. We sampled the pies, the fish and chips and a few of the desserts. All were great. Well kept ales on tap and good service with plenty of outdoor heated dog friendly seating. A great pit stop along the red squirrel cycle route as well.

The Isle of Wight has lots of good pubs, but this place is our go to place whenever we visit the Island. Food is delicious and staff so friendly. A hidden gem !!!
