Very calm environment. Went for recall work to be done. All social distancing measures perfect. Only downside was another customer whose mobile volume disturbed the peace!!

Incredible sales team with a friendly manager (Ben) if you want a new or used car this is a great dealership to visit with a very welcoming team - the new Nissan Juke looks impressive
Great service as usual amidst difficult operating conditions but only four stars on this occasion as courtesy car offered was different on the day to that which was promised at time of booking.
They saw us but it was harder than it needed to be. We wanted to buy a car and despite chasing there is still no interest from them to sell us the car! Hi Ben, thanks for the reply. Can I ask you check the dial number and let me know. I tried it and says it is an incorrect number so may be a typo? Update. Ben turned it around and I have purchased a car from them. Other than the minor hiccup at the start, we are really happy with the dealership and would now recommend going forward! To paraphrase a much used expression... We all make mistakes. What sets us apart is how we recover from them. Thanks Ben and John
