Good service, friendly staff
I have been trying to contact this solicitor since December. This cost me my house sale. In 2017 they said they’d file for divorce and charged me for this. They neglected to complete these instructions too. They are now withholding my file and personal documentation and refusing to respond to emails, phone calls and correspondence from my new solicitor. I have filed a complaint, in accordance with their procedure, which they have also failed to respond to.
Acted as our solicitors for a house purchase on which we have just exchanged. Excellent from start to finish - efficient, friendly and fast. Kept us informed, and went out of their way to make things happen. All this is in stark contrast to the previous solicitors we had used. I will certainly ask them for help again if I need a solicitors in future. No idea why the only other post on here is a 1 star review! Thanks again to the staff at S M and E for a brilliant service.
