Andrew who runs the place was very patient and very professional. He was so amazing to deal with that we talk about him in family gatherings. We are very grateful for all his support and most of all he never got annoyed with our silly questions and our last minute changes. If he can help in anyway he does do it. He made our experience feel so easy and gave us the peace of mind and that is what we needed to feel stress free.

Arranging a funeral is never easy but Sanderson undertakers ensured that matters were dealt in a highly professional and compassionate way. After contacting the undertakers, I was kept informed of all of the arrangements regarding the funeral and they were able to answer any questions that I had. The adviser was well informed of all of the cultural and religious requirements of the sikh ceremony. When visiting the undertakers, myself and other members of the family were warmly welcomed and supported. Having been in the unfortunate position of arranging other family funerals my fathers was during Covid restrictions, I can say that the service and advice that I received from Sanderson Undertakers was second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend their services. A bereavement is a difficult time and Sanderson ensured that all matters leading up to and including the funeral were very well taken care of.
My Husband's funeral went smoothly, I can't thank you all enough for a wonderful job. We had some rain but you all managed to keep to times. You all worked well under pressure, God bless you all. We used Apna/Sanderson Funeral Services for both my Mothers and Fathers funerals following a recommendation even thou we do not live in Wolverhampton. The service we received was first class and Andy with whom I dealt with was extremely helpful and flexible in ensuring that all the arrangements met the family's wishes to help us navigate our way through these stressful and emotional times.
I was recommended Sanderson Funeral Services by one of my friends who had said they are the best in Wolverhampton for Asian Funerals. I would truly agree with her. I have never planned a funeral before, and this experience was very distressful for me. However Sanderson Funeral Services were truly exceptional in every way. I would never have been able to cope without their help and support. I felt like they were my family at the end of it. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they really went out of there way to help me and my sister plan my grandma's funeral. Even under the COVID19 restrictions, they did there utmost everything to make our requests possible. I have so much respect for them, as they do this everyday for so many different people. They see broken hearts and they are so supportive. Not once was I made to feel like I was asking for too much. Funeral Services are hardly recognised during this pandemic, but when you lose someone during these difficult times is when you realise just how important Funeral Services are and how much they have to deal with. We were so lucky to have had our special day supported with Sanderson Funeral Services.
