Great facilities and trainers who remember your name and what your goals are. I have been having weekly Personal Training sessions with Shaun Hooper for just over a month now. The difference (compared with doing the program myself) is huge, both in terms of weight loss and building lean muscle strength. I would highly recommend Shaun and Sanders Fitness to anyone.

I joined two months ago and it's the best gym I've been to in years. Great value for money - classes are fantastic, all the equipment you need and the staff are friendly and more than helpful. Couldn't ask for more.
