If your looking for the best fish and chips in Cornwall this is the place to go, after a disappointing 20 fish and chips in Padstow ( fishing port) I was glad I came across this place, book first and enjoy fresh delicious local fish with a very tasty batter made in house, I can't recommend it more ENJOY.

Excellent fish and chips. The batter was really light and crispy and the fish inside was cooked perfectly and delicious. We had the Senior fish and chips which came with either mushy peas or curry sauce, bread and butter and pot of tea or cup of coffee. Incredible value and served every day rather than a once a week special. Can't recommend it enough. We will certainly be going back

3rd time of going to sanders f&c hayle First time chips were fine fish cake was too expensive 2.60p home made mainly potato Second time cold chips that had been around for some time.... Took back and they wee replaced but replacements dry outside and in and tasteless Third time today chips bearable hot mixed in with cool chips pea fritter 1.90p was old pea taste 2in dia tasted horrible not worth the money paid...lots of bits of cold chips under the main bed of chips wife is now feeling sick after eating the two bites of pea fritter ..3 bites made up the whole pea fritter .we Had a f&c shop for 25 years we recommend u don't buy
