Complete waste of my time and money. Took my mower last year and had it for about 11 weeks. Never received an update and calls & texts ignored. When eventually got a response, was loaned a mower (which was appreciated) and also got a bit of an apology from the owner. Mower finally returned and no longer would 'drive'. Mags told me it was definitely driving when she dropped it off and effectively blamed my son for the fact it no longer was driving (!!??). After pushing it for the remainder of the season, this year, it would not start at all (they'd transplanted a Honda engine onto it). During lockdown, I ordered another mower online and called Sandbach mowers and asked if they wanted to buy my old mower for spares/refurb as an act of goodwill. Was told 'no' as I hadn't bought my new from them (!!??). So all-in-all a total and complete waste of my time and money
