This is two years now my boiler still not fixed same man came up today as last year still no parts fo r boiler sanctuary is a right bunch of cowboys and when they do come they sit in their van for at least an hour before they knock at your door joke why are we paying rent when they cant do their job

Why oh why, did Tenants First merge with this company [Sanctuary Housing]? Accidents happen, its a fact of life. The real problems begin, when large companies like Sanctuary try to deny any responsibility for their actions, despite the conclusive evidence that it was their workmen who caused damage to my car. In short, they treat both their tenants AND their tenants property with utter contempt. The only plus side to this sorry state of affairs, is that it appears that I am not the only one suffering because of them. ** Please note that this review is aimed more at Sanctuary Housing Customer Services. Not the former Tenants First at the Aberdeen Office.

Quick to blame their systems for failing for mistakes yet the same systems are in place for over 3 years and never fixed? Staff have no interest in dealing with complaints or even listening to whats being said. Very poor customer service worst I have experienced

By far the worst company I have EVER dealt with. No thought process in selecting families for homes. Life is black and white as far as they are concerned and as long as they get their rent they do not care that they mix troublesome families into nice respectful areas, they are about to increase rent yet will say no to a hardworking family that earns 50 a month too much. Customer service is...well non existent. Blinkers must be mandatory throught the company. I could go on and on. If you can find another option for housing then PLEASE strongly consider it. I know I'm not alone and this is just a tiny piece of the massive failures throughout the company, Dispatches showed us that. EXPOSE! EXPOSE! EXPOSE!

The worst company I have dealt with. Employees do not do their job properly, ignoring any queries. They are just thinking how to get money from people and ignore calls.
