Quite possibly the best place in Halifax. I have been a customer of Sanam's for the past 20 years. The food is absolutely outstanding and the staff have always been a pleasure to talk to, they are extremely courteous and always go beyond to ensure you are happy with your food. The food has always been prepared/served to a high standard. Absolutely love all the dishes, they are so tasty and fresh. Would recommend this place 100%, you will not be disappointed.

Good food and drink. But they have so much business that they feel it doesn't matter if they have nothing for you to order at 11:30/12:00 lunch time. Doesn't leave a good impression.
Amazing food and even better service! The only place we will eat a curry from! Make sure you order early to avoid disappointment!
Good food if and when they actually have anything in. Most times we call in on way past or ring in they are open but have nothing.... literally nothing available. Even if its not long after opening. Running family/ friends/ community joke its a front for drugs/ laundering money. Over 12 years we have tried to be a customer 3/4 times.... nothing in. Sad as it has the potential to make good money.
