So interesting to learn about balsamic vinegar. This place is like a fairy tale, so quaint and lovely down to every detail...the people, the garden, the dogs! We just loved it! The food was delicious and we bought a lot of b.v. to bring home.

Amazing place if you want to get an authentic balsamic experience. It's a family business run by a wonderful couple who give you a fantastic tour of the production, and tell you everything about the industry. And once you taste the real balsamic from Modena, normal balsamic will never be the same. In short: we highly recommend this place!!
Sono anni che mi servo da questa azienda sempre nel negozio sito in Spilamberto e ora anche a San Vito direttamente. Comodissimo e eccezionale.
Meget interessant at se hvordan balsamico fremstilles, nogle af tønderne er op til 30 år gamle og det smager himmelsk vi købte en på 7 år, jeg fandt ud af at den hjemme i køkkenet det var da noget tyndt sjask, glæder mig til at tage hul på den.
