Very friendly and personable. Didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but offered to get it in stock for me. We discussed our local community, businesses, and our youth. No purchase made today, but I will return! This business gets it, I'm glad they are in my community.

Dropped my car off for service and the service department was awesome. Friendly, informative, responsive, and competitive pricing. I will definitely bring my vehicles there for future services.

Avoid at all costs. Lousy customer service. Contact them about being almost double charged and they take your irritation as a threat and will offer to contact the police if you show up at their facility. Tried to contact U-Haul and their customer service and they don't want anything to do with it and replied \Contact the place you picked the trailer up at.\ The lady named Carry (might be spelled differently) had us initial and sign a place on the form stating we denied the insurance of U-Haul. She folded the paperwork and said no charges will be charged until the trailer is dropped off. No biggie? Right? WRONG! What you signed was a contract (not just an insurance denial) stating you will bring that trailer back in 24 hour formats. I rented Friday at 9am, and apparently it was due back Sunday 9am. I was 160 miles up north at that time. While Carry was hooking up my trailer, I looked at her and asked her if they do overnight drop-offs as we will not be back until 7-7:30pm on Sunday. She said not an problem, and again NEVER mentioned the 9am drop off. U-Haul stated 39.70 charge for trailer, this place tried to charge me over 63. This place is a RIP OFF and if you show any sign of irritation about it, they threaten to call the police, which is hilarious. Anyways, if you deal with these POS's, bring a tape recorder or use your cellphone to record the conversations, as they hide and tell you false stuff, but then hide behind U-Haul's contract that you never even know you sign because again they tell you its for the denial of U-Hauls insurance. Go somewhere else! I have rented many U-Hauls over my years and this place Rodeo Hard will do just that, rip you off HARD!
