I always can trust the Magic Flute to give me the best deal and the best and most courteous service. The employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and always helpful. I know they will always lead me in the right direction towards exactly what I want and need. Their repair department is excellent for all types of instruments. I suggest always going to the Magic Flute before shopping online. They match prices and even deliver in Marin if necessary during the challenging times.

Great service. Great inventory.
I love the Magic Flute. Everyone is Knowledgeable and helpful and willing to share their expertise. The selection it’s good and there’s always a nice variety of affordable instruments. My grandson who is six also loves The Magic Flute. He is a fairly well behaved young man, so they allow him to enjoy the demo instruments. For him it is always a fun and educational experience. I’ve had work done on my guitar, which they did quickly and it was done well. I highly recommend you check out The Magic Flute. You would be supporting a mom and pop kind of business that really cares about you.
I have had a great experience with The Magic Flute. We are on our third violin (over 3.5 years) from them and every transaction has been a pleasure. They are very helpful, patient and honest. Each time they have helped us to find the best instrument at the right intersection of price/out of pocket spend and quality of sound. They have never tried to push us into more expensive instruments, even when we have inquired about them. I very much appreciate the honesty particularly since I am not very knowledgeable in this area. Their rent to own and trade-in/trade-up program is great and has served us well as we moved from 1/4 all the way to full sized violin. I highly recommend The Magic Flute.
Terrific, personalized service from true experts. We have rented a flute and cello and had instruments repaired there. I’ve never had an average experience at Magic Flute — only exceptional. Wish we needed more instruments so we can go there all the time!
