This business makes me wish I had 2 old pinball machines. I brought them the one I have. They did an awesome job. They were super helpful and generous with their time and knowledge. The parts inside are now remarkably clean. Like anyone who does a good job, they are pretty busy, but they moved a mountain to get my machine ready in time for my birthday. I want to have them over to play a few games.
Mark is truly an amazing person who simply knows how to treat a customer like they are family. He and his crew are truly the greatest amusement company I have ever met. Thanks again for the first class service. Sincerely Powerpak Bob
They fixed my pinball machine. The price was very reasonable, the staff was friendly, and they didnt try to sell me anything extra beyond the services I requested. Next time the machine needs work I will call them again for sure.
