I had my ignition replaced on my truck. What I liked was the diagnostic and the information they gave me about the entire truck. It is sent to you via messaging with photos and very detailed information about what is good, needs attention and/or needs immediate attention. You know how in the past the shop would tell you what's wrong but, you don't have photos, you can't see what's wrong. With this shop that's over. I had to show people. People say in the neighborhood the shop is expensive but they do great work and I can't argue with that. I would use them if I needed an honest opinion on the work needed to be done on my vehicles.

Cost more than the dealership to do routine maintenance and replace diesel fuel filters. Won’t be going back. Service was same day. The bottom reference of Lyft or loaner was not mentioned or offered so that is good to know now. Service was friendly and done same day but for a filter change if schedule most places would be done same day as well. My review is strictly off of price and up charge on parts. The ram dealer in Fremont hasn’t been rude to me in my experience and their technicians are factory trained as well. While yes you were local and convenient that convenience definitely comes at a cost. The 3 yr/ 36,000 mile warranty might be great on larger scopes of work but small routine maintenance like a filter change that helps very little. As a small business I hope you have continued success but as a customer you offered nothing to me that would make me wish to return. Compare it to this “Safeway select” soda (you guys) cost more than the Coca Cola (the dealership in this case) which one would you rather buy.

I took my vehicle to them for a diagnostic of why it would not start. I been there before and fairly happy. After findibg the issue and quoting me price i was unable to continue with the repair due to the high figure. It was well above my budget. Currently surviving on a teachers salary did not allow me any wiggle room in my budget. After searching a few more shops that are AAA preferred i found that all others were at least half or a bit more than half the price. I searched the cost of parts and realized that about 90% of the cost at this shop is labor. I love the repost they send. It was worth the 200 they charged because now i know what future issues i will have. Unfortunately i am unable to afford the high cost at this shop and will choose a shop that falls within my budget. If you are able to afford a more upscale mechanic then by all means this is a place for you. Basex on my past experience it was great. With their report and friendly staff you will be sastified. For me I am still looking to find a permanent shop that falls in line with my budget.

The dealership said it would be 4-6 weeks to get an appointment and I was worried because my check engine light was on, so I stopped at Wrights on the way home. They took my car in immediately and began the diagnosis. They were courteous and efficient and the final bill was consistent with the estimate. I thought I needed a brake job, but they told me I had moisture in the brake fluid. When I drove my car home, I was so amazed with the performance that I was going to call and thank them for the great service. Instead I am putting it in writing so others will know.
