very bad service, secretaries very rude, cannot fix an over charge water bill for 5 months
like
2 people to handle drive thru & walks ins. Customer needs are attended to pretty slow.
The staff is Actually really nice and friendly and I'm tickled that they even remember my name
the ladies who work at city hall are honestly some of the worse I've had to deal with in my lifetime. they don't seem to have any sense of urgency to do their job and are happy to make you wait in line for long periods of time so that they don't overexert themselves in between their gossiping and snacking at the front desk. this city is a mess from top to bottom.
Went to make a payment using the drive thru and it took way too long
