I’ve been getting my Acura and Honda vehicles serviced at Acura of the RGV in San Juan for years and really appreciate their professionalism and fairness. Their waiting area accommodations are very conducive to working remotely on my laptop, so time flies while I wait for my vehicle. I just leased the Acura MDX from Acura of the Rio Grande Valley. They made the whole experience very easy (great personalities). They explained the difference between lease and buy, accommodated my wishes for interior color. They explained the process and the workings of the vehicle in an exemplary manner. Beautiful dealer with a nice waiting area. Good customer service and finance department pretty down to earth. I didnt get greated when I walk in but most sales man were outside already. Bought my new Acura here and they took care of me. The sales man Marco sure outdid him self specially with a picky buyer like me. Here is the new baby.
