Peaceful and pretty place don’t get me wrong but the office staff is absolutely horrible! Recently buried my grandmother here and they buried her in the completely wrong plot which messed up the way my grandpa wished to be buried next to her. They didn’t want to accommodate at all, in fact they wanted us to purchase the additional plot even though our paperwork was correct, it was a mess up on their end. The office manager, Hilary, raised her voice at us when we were trying to sort it out on the grounds. Not good people at all, in the wrong line of work honestly. If you run into issues here and actually want to talk to people who care and are willingly to work with you, go across the street to Mission.. they are the ones who helped us sort everything out.

This place is so disrespectful to my mother's grave didnt even inform us when there was a burial to pick up our mothers belongings that we had with her since she got there they broke some of her mother glasses and said they were having another service so they moved it but they didnt put it back or at least picked up the glass they have my number on file because this is not the first time our mother has been vandalized this is the 3rd and I'm tired of them giving us the run around the people that clean up are so disrespectful to our loved ones belongings they could care less because we signed a waiver that they can move our belongings from the grave but not to destroy them. If they have clean up rules why dont they obey by them we did and thought we had till November. and we understand there was a burial but you could of called me and I would of went to get my mother's stuff the only transportation we have is a bike but we would of manage and went.
My Grandparents are buried here and we always brought flowers and pics to honor them. We were recently told that we cannot leave flowers or pics unless it's in a holder on the headstone. We cannot suddenly buy a new headstone!! I don't care, I will continue to bring flowers to celebrate mi abuela's life and how she always loved me NO MATTER WHAT!
