Went to the branch in san gabriel. very DISHONEST. Normally i went to ones in rowland heights and monterey park. Each time I bought more than 1/2 hundred dollar for person of 2 or less., for a week supplies. So there are lot of items in each purchase. The Other stores never shorted me, despite the confusion. This one, shorted on purpose with a switch,, like a 3 card monte. This store , San garbriel , display items not in box in front of me, that of 2.40 each, indicated will put them in a box to avoid damage to them. When I got home, open the box, half was shorted. If it is confusion, I understand . But putting them at first not in the box on purpose, and let me know I am paying for the full qty , later short it when put in box, like a cheap card trick. How can one missed picking up all the items shown to me?. Honest to god and hope to died if I lied stuff. SO BUYER BEWARE. Looks like I stick to the honest stores or start choosing another bakery. Was going to post no star.. But the system wont let me by bass.

Love this outpost of Hong Kong bakery chain (original in Hong Kong est. 1938) for nostalgic value - and tasty egg tarts (flaky and crispy shells), Portuguese egg tarts, ‘wife cake’, Hong Kong milk tea, signature moon cakes when in season, and latest nostalgic gift sets like the treats tin shaped like a classic double decker bus from Hong Kong (now if only they will do a version with the tram).

Due to COVID-19, the store allows one or two customer(s) inside each time. You can take the flyers outside to see the menu

Lucky to stumble across this place for some yummy egg tarts! They had 3 kinds: Portuguese, original and crispy. Yum!
