This is my favorite eats in the Mission! Tiny little spot really only good for take out but they are open again and it is soo good, so fresh and so affordable! Best chicken noodle soup, hands down, and only 6 bucks!

Cash only spot located in the mission. It’s probably one of the best places in terms of price and everything is for 6.50. But the food was okay. We chose the vegetarian and fish options. I like the black bean fish dish. The tea leaf salad was okay. Service level is meh. There’s a lot better Burmese food choices in the city but while this is the most affordable it is also at average good quality level.
Pretty good Burmese joint, with minimal number of seating and menu items. While it's not the fanciest place in town, they definitely serve very tasty food (and at reasonable prices, to boot).
This place is really cute! Very small, with about 8 seats at the counter. You can order in or for take out. Food is served fast and at very reasonable prices. Cash only! I got the spinach chili noodles.
I'm not sure what I could say that hasn't already been said - this place is amazing and I'm thankful to all the Yamo staff for serving up such amazing dishes to the Mission for so many years. It's my favorite place to eat at in the neighborhood, you can't beat the next level casual vibe of eating in a busy smokey kitchen. It's an experience I really look forward to having again in the future! I'm very thankful they are open for takeout currently - everyone should pick up some noodles from Yamo to help support this great business during COVID times.
Love this mom/daughter run restaurant. Food here is the best deal in all of SF, you can get a hearty meal for 2 for maximum 20. Favorite dish here is the coconut chicken noodle soup.
Neighborhood gem with great food and even better customer service. Get treated with respect when you deserve it. I am skeptical of the values of anyone who doesn’t give this place 5 stars.
