Ten years ago we \toured\ the Catheral with a docent in a red jacket. Loved every minute of it.The history and construction was so interesting. We have returned often for special events, masses, Holy Days. We met the wonderful Fr Talesfore many times and were sad when he moved to San Mateo. The new Archbishop is very controversial - and San Francisco has not welcomed him. His views on homosexuality are caustic and outdated. He did an exorcism? He says Contraception is gravely evil. Love the Cathedral...not him
