Missed evening bus. Told to come back in am, and I could travel on 5:10AM bus next day. Got motel and came back but station was closed and the bus driver wouldn't honor my ticket from the evening before. Told me to go inside and buy another ticket. Knew damn well the place was closed. He just drove off with me shivering in the cold.

I had trouble locating this bus station due to the fact I expected an actual Greyhound bus station like others I've been to. This is just a shared bus stop that caters to Greyhound customers as well. Limited seating, no cover, no power outlets - hoping the ones in the bus are working this time!

This is really worst in San ysidro RAINING got to wait to catch bus to los Angeles no seats raining under a bridge I'm handicap with walker n waiting in rain this is the worst I've ever had to wait next time I'm catching a different bus line NEVER AGAIN

One should know that where you are picked up, and where you are dropped off are 2 very different locations. Really like the buses though, lots of room and a personal outlet for charging. Trolley is right there as well.

First time using greyhound, the service and customer service are horrible. Paid 60 for a ticket, and my brother was forgotten. My brother has been waiting for 7 hours at the bus stop and they never picked him up. He was waiting overnight for the next bus, since the bus forgot him and he got kicked off the bus area because the guards felt like it. It's an area without seats, without a shade (it's been raining ) and he was sitting on the floor peacefully with his luggage. I've been on the phone with at least 8 people on hold for 3 hours and I was denied to speak with a manager. They tell me to re-issue a ticket they need him to print it out somehow (with what printer??). Or he needs to go to the station, when they aren't open although their hours are supposed to be from 5am-9pm. Terrible service, the customer service tries to help but are super limited and trained to not respond with any viable answer or solution. Give him a refund. I filed a complaint and will be writting a letter to corporate, and write reviews on online blogs and review sites. I've heard terrible news about greyhound and wasn't sure if to use it. Should have never booked a ticket with them. Don't book with them
