This location is very busy for brunch. We waited about 30-40 minutes to be seated. They have plenty of seating and it's in a semi enclosed space so it doesn't feel like you're just completely outdoors. The food is delicious and the drinks are great! The regular mimosa is pretty good, with thin bubbles. I ordered a mimosa flight as well but the regular mimosa was better than all the ones in the flight.

When we arrived at this place, it was packed. While we waited for a table, we went to the bar for beers. Despite being so busy, the owner took his time to go over the beer selection with us. When we were seated, I ordered he schnitzel. It was cooked very well and tasted tender and delicious. The sides were also quite good. This restaurant was very good and I would come again.

We love Fig Tree! My partner and I always get one sweet and one savory dish every time we stop by for brunch. The staff is very accommodating when it comes to food allergies as well. You can't go wrong with any of the benedicts or the bananas foster french toast!

The only downside to this cafe is parking. We had to park several blocks down. But it's a nice walk after you're stuffed full with their delicious Benedicts! I got the beef short rib Benedict with tomato and avocado on focaccia bread. The beef short rib was juicy and tender and sweet! The tomato on the Benedict was not roasted, not raw which was so good! I also got the grapefruit mimosa which I could barely taste the grapefruit in, but I wasn't complaining haha. My partner got the lobster and blue crab cake Benedict which was so good! Could have used some lemon, but delicious nonetheless. Wait time was about 20 minutes for us 2 on a Sunday morning at 9, which I thought was acceptable. Cafe was cozy and decor was fun. I'd definitely recommend this place for brunch! Portions were a little big, but hey, I have leftovers to snack on later! Pricing was perfect.

I love the restaurant...its cozy and nice! The paint on the wall is fantastic, the in a middle of the patio makes you feel pleasant and relaxed. Food was ok...the plates are very simple. I ordered California omelet but it took forever to bring the salsas, butter for the bread, for some people the coffe etc etc I understand Sundays are busy and with all this new protocol about covi can be the reason...for sure I will give another try because not happy with the service well the guy was very nice and did his best..it was just something anyways parking is hard good luck with that as anyone knows Pacific Beach is extremely busy plus residents parks on the street...a lot of patience and if you make the reservation arrive 30 mnts early or take Uber and if you stay or live in the area ride a bike.
