You deserve zero stars. Without wanting or ANY notifications - have been woken up at 1230am midnight to workers outside of my home using loud equipment tearing up the street in front of my house. I asked the workers what was occurring and they stated that they would be here every night for multiple months to repair the ramps. I live in a residential are....we have no ramps. I attempted to call multiple times to speak with someone and when the vm recording began, it did not recognize my voice. I was not able to leave a message for my inquiry. This is absolutely unacceptable.

6/23/2020. You deserve 0 stars. Why did you put oil and rocks/pebbles over Oceanside sections of highway 78... the front end of my brand new car is chipped up. It must be re-painted, can not be buffed out. Whoever made the decision to lay rocks/pebbles and oil on a highway need to be fired. Tell me where I send the bill for re-painting my two-week-old car.

The district 11 real-time traffic map is the best ever. No contest. Kudos to the folks who conceived and developed this map. I love all its features. It even used to work great on a mobile but now there's a much inferior version for that. :( Luckily the original still work on a regular computer web browser. Thanks folks. Great job. Sadly the old map with side-bar speeds at various points is now gone RIP. We are left with the inferior version which lacks detail.

I didn't like the feel and service at the front desk/security. how different from a private business. this place is there because of all of our taxes but public isn't welcome. how strange. the people at the actual department were much more helpful but I had to call them on my phone, even though I was right there at the front door - and they had to come to the door, I was not allowed in. they must place much more customer service oriented people at the front and reconsider security vs 'we the people'.
