Professional service and just a great overall experience. Second time going there and they have gone above and beyond. Both times i needed my tires ordered. Which was no problem. Got me in quick, and let me know about somethings that need my attention on my bike. That you Rob and your technicians. Would recommend to all my friends and anyone who needs tire services.

What a great experience. This was my first time here and I was treated like an old friend. No one mentioned that I'd shown up 10 minutes late (honestly, I'd gotten a little lost on the way there); they just welcomed me in and made me feel at home. Rob and the staff were fantastic. Not only were they fast (really fast) and courteous, they were also down to earth and willing to talk about bikes, gear, life, or just about anything in between. Everything was clean and the staff were wearing masks for safety in these Covid times. I even got a game of pool in on their table while I waited for the tires to get changed. I'll definitely be using 8ball again.

The ONLY place to go for motorcycle tires!! Rob and the guys are passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to keeping your rubber fresh and sticky. I brought my Sportster here and they hooked me up! I also had them replace my brake pads. It felt like the whole shop really cared about my ride and my safety.....Great prices, great service and a great experience. Expect to wait about an hour to 90 minutes in their lounge while they work on your bike. Well worth it.

Came in with 2 smoked tires with the bike rolling into the shop at 534 and was out by 559pm. Dont get it wrong came in with the right conditions for that to happen but they are always expeditious out at 8ball! They make you feel at home with their great customer service and recommendations that keep us safe. Greatly appreciate them and wanted to give a little extra thank you! Check out 8ball and you will not be dissapointed!

Just went to 8 Ball this morning great, fast, professional service, and they were very educational took the time to educate me on tires and bikes since it is my first one. Im very impressed with the costumer service and the fast service. I scheduled an appointment and was taken in earlier and left early then the scheduled time. I was even educated about the service and even went through the inspection to show me that everything is good and ready to go. For any military member especially stationed at MIRMAR I definitely recommend this place. 5 Stars!
