Customer service And employee knowledge is terrible. I was helped in early 2019 but just got around to writing about my experience now as I’ve run into issues a year and a half later. Karen Vu was the specialist who assisted me and told me the wrong information for getting my business off the ground. More than a year later, I’m still attempting to correct the wrong information she gave me and the San Bernardino County is not helping me at all to correct her mistakes. This place is run by incompetent immature workers that need more training before costing citizens precious time and money. Do your own research before trying to permit with the County before they try to swindle you.

This place always has so many new fresh out of school workers working out on the field that think they know more or are better than others that have more experience. I have seen some of the new ones closed some small business for things that are for construction code not for a health code to process and oder minor things !!! (Jeanette).??????????

This place is a scam. They do not send bills so you do not even know that you have a bill to pay. 5 years later they come up with fake bills and try to collect on it.
