I've had so many problems with this bank. First, when I received my debit card, it worked about 50% of the time. I later got a new card and the problem was fixed. I now live out of the area. I have not used my account and they have been taking money out from my account for my account being \dormant\. They've made it very difficult to get my account out of the dormant status. Needless to say, I'll be happy when I absolutely cancel my account and don't have to deal with them anymore.
