Isai in the front desk location is the best! I gave this particular site a 4 because my first appt took 6.5 hours with no warning or heads up from the staff it would take this long, but this by far beats the Wiseman location where Ive never had someone pickup my call after 3 mins of ringing or return it when i have a question or to reschedule. With that being said, i did want to recognize the best person on the whole front office who is always kind, always answers the phone and always returns calls when he says he will. He is what keeps me hopeful and returning to this particular office location for me even though this one is further out for me.

I have been with this MFM for 3 different babies. I have never had any issues getting appointments. They are punctual and I’ve never had to wait for very long to be seen. The doctors I have seen have always been nice and reassuring. I never have any issues with them. This is a place for high risk or at risk pregnancies and yes, the scans and appointments may take longer than the regular OB so be prepared. I would definitely recommend them though.
I think this office is great. I was referred here after a bad experience with another practice. I am so glad to be going here now. Everybody is very patient and kind. Also, they bill me appropriately, which wasn’t the case at the last office! I am very happy with them and would gladly recommend this practice to anybody.
Never had a bad experience here. They’re professional and punctual.
Hated this place, doctor was rude , was trying to make more appointments. They just wanted to make most out of your insurance. I never recommend anyone to go there. Very bad experience, make you feel really frustrated.
