First time was a good experience so I tried it again. I wish I hadn't ruined it with that. Both times ordered online. This time the noodles were slimy and some were burned. Meats were kinda bland. Didn't get all the requested meats ordered. Got way too much of one veggie over another. Not a pleasant retry of this place.

Its different since covid..the server gets your food for you....the waitress was nice. Environment was clean and sanitary...taste was very good. Expect 15 a person. Little pricey but worth it.
I was really looking forward to eating here since moving here was unable to order online for some reason so went inside ordered from piece of paper was instructed by waitress to choose at least 9 ladles of sauce so that food can be juicy When we got food home portion size was good but there was absolutely Little to no sauce on anything so we had a Box full of noodles and vegetables with no seasoning. Big Disappointment.
Hu Hot is running almost back to precovid operations. Wear masks and to go through the buffet line they give you disposable gloves. You can request new ones each time you go through the buffet. Spacing is marked with yellow tape and the service is as quick and friendly as always.
The first thing I noticed was the volume of the music which was pure cacophony, not pleasant at all! I asked waitress if she could please turn volume down, she said no, it's either that loud or all the way off, which would've been nicer. We were reseated in a room with no speaker, which made experience tolerable. There was a slight snafu in ordering another plate of food when I had asked for another order sheet on which to make my selections and waitress assumed I wanted THE EXACT SAME ORDER AS BEFORE, and who wants that with the almost infinite possibilities available at HuHot? But it's a great value when using Birthday deal and food was good and plenty hot.

We ordered from a piece of paper and there was no description of what anything was. The server was nice to answer our questions and help us through it but they should put more detail on the paper. The food was good but the portion size was ridiculous. We were still hungry when we left- I don’t expect that when I pay that much for a bowl for dinner. Disappointed. Wish we could go through the line again and fill our own bowls.
Once we got the hang of how to serve our selves it was easy. Place was clean, the staff was pleasant.
