Food was decent but service was awful. The server literally would not sit us down at the bar because her friend was sitting there by herself talking to the bartender(who doesn't do anything by the way.) I highly recommend going somewhere else if you're looking for good service.

First time experience!!! Very pleasantly surprised. Bowl I chose, wow! Great flavor & perfect consistency. Customer service was pretty nice also. Savannah was our server. She was such a delight to have. Thank you all for the nice experience
The service was pretty awful, the staff was unable to help us with a Groupon code we purchased. The hostess simply said she could not personally help us with it, that unfortunately her manager had just driven away “in a bit of a rage”. She didn’t even try to help us really, she said “sorry about that” and did not seat us, so we left. Hope you have a better experience if you decide to try this place.

So sad, but this chain is going downhill like so many others that had great food and service. Clearly had several COVID-19 cost-reduction policies in place, but it was on its way down well before the pandemic. The chain needs to drastically reinvest in its restaurants or it will be like so many that have come and gone. Food okay, but definitely could have been better. Service was decent.

Genghis Grill is Mongolian stir-fry, & you choose your ingredients & base. I tried to do Orange Chicken & remembered some ingredients from the website, but not everything. They're supposed to have recipe cards, but they were out of Orange Chicken cards. I still made a good bowl & it was very tasty & filling. Due to COVID-19, I had to use gloves when picking ingredients.
