I have never had this hard of a time getting a correct order ever. I went yesterday ordered 2 California burgers but they were both missing the lettuce and tomato. My burger had the thinnest piece of lettuce. I didn't know it was there until I looked. They were good just greasy without the lettuce and tomato. This is my second time having to write a negative review for Freddy's. I used combo vouchers that the manager gave me last time. And I hate that I wasted them on a meal that wasn't even what I ordered. At least my food was hot this time. I'm going to have to start checking my order at the window I guess. Do better Freddy's.

If your tired of the same ole burger you gotta try Freddy's. Those steak burgers are out of this world. Not only that, the standard burger comes with 2 patties. Can it get better? Absolutely. The shoestring fries are so good you gotta smack the kids to stop putting fist fulls in their mouths. Damn millennials. Try them you'll be glad you did.
We placed 3 combo orders and 1 of the 3 were correct. Very disappointing. Follow up on the review. Freddie's cares about you as a customer. They did not hesitate to reach out to me and listen to my experience. I am very pleased that a big company like this cares about it's customers. Other companies can definitely learn from their great customer service skills. Thank you for restoring my faith in Freddie's.
This place was awesome! The chili cheese fries are amazing! If you LOVE chocolate then get the chocolate shake! It's loaded with chocolate flavor!
Amazing burger. The onion rings were equally as good. Their fry sauce is set different. Good for a pleasent change of pace!
