Nice clinic and clean. We did visit back few years ago (yes it did take me that long to right this comment as I don't tend to leave comments online much), however I do still recall how Dr Emily Becker was awful from the diagnoses she gave us for my 1 week daughter, she did diagnose her with terminal disease, which lab results showed negative after two day. She put us through tough time thinking our 1 week new born child is dying. She lacked social skills, it was beyond the level of skilled and respectful doctor. She had to ask her assistance to explain her diagnoses to us instead as we was disoriented to explain herself which clearly showed lack of confidence.

The procedure went well - it was a benign dermal cyst removal. However, the bedside manner was unprofessional and all over the place. During the initial 5-minute chat we got, we were told it was best to take it out. Then when the scans came back they said we didn't have to since it didn't go that deep. But we could if we wanted to. We opted to anyway after doing our own research, then right before she's taken in for surgery the doctor says we don't have to do this since it shrinked so much, but that we could if we wanted to. Then he asked us on the spot what we wanted. Then he deliberated with himself in front of us before deciding taking it out was the right thing to do. Fast-forward to the follow-up. His associate, after reading his notes, is pretty sure the cyst is benign, but isn't 100%. If it's not benign, we'll get a call later.

I have seen multiple different physicians for the same problem without resolution. Dr. Browning and his team were very professional and prompt in treating me. I finally feel like we are on the right track to treat my condition!
