Art was tremendous help as well as his manager Eddie. I will definitely be returning if I make a purchase in the future. They were very transparent. They never lied about anything to keep me interested. Very upfront. Art helped me find exactly what I wanted and he tried his best to help me get to where I needed to be number wise. Success!! If he wasn’t sure of something, he would tell me just that, but he found answers. He’s there to genuinely help you. I never felt pressured into something. He didn’t call me nonstop all day everyday. I would definitely recommend Cavender if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Don’t waste your time with salesmen who try to convince you into something else and make you feel pressured or obligated into something you really don’t want.

I just want to recognize Adam Ochoa, Michael Domingues, and Jesus from Cavender Buick GMC for the outstanding customer service they provided me in the purchase of my truck. It took only 2.5 hours from the moment I walked in, to looking at the vehicle, to the paperwork, to walking out of the dealership as the proud owner of a GMC Canyon truck. Adam was very prompt in replying to my questions via text the evening before and was there to welcome me when I came into the dealership this morning. I have purchased my vehicles from individuals for the past 20 years and therefore have avoided dealerships because of pushy sales people, but Adam restored my faith in car sales because he was very professional when I declined the extras. He actually treated me like a human being and not as a profit. I appreciate his ability to make me feel comfortable throughout the whole transaction. Michael guided me through the paperwork and he, too, was professional when I declined all the extras. I appreciate his transparency and getting straight to the point. Finally, Jesus delivered the truck to my house later this evening. He was very courteous and professional and was able to answer my additional questions about the truck.
