The number doesn't work. Any attempts to get an operator result in a loop, resulting in the greeting message playing over and over. Yes, I could simply go there, but, why give me the option of contacting someone over the phone if it doesn't work? Even if you have a paper stating that you have a time to see the judge,you still have to wait an hour after your scheduled time. got there at 12:50 , got seen at 3:12. got to see the judge. reduced my ticket from 215 to 117.

This office is ridiculously unorganized. I'm constantly having to call here for my work, every time I call they are very rude and they always seem to never receive any paperwork that has been faxed and mailed to them, even when you confirm with them their contact information. Get it together and do your job.

I go with my brother the four times or so we been there. They are helpful and all but when you come back out of the court and have to wait to see the people at the front again they take their sweet time to get to people. They talk and talk and laugh while no people are at their windows. That's the only issue I have with this place. Just keep people flowing in and out. Multiple people talk about this issue all the time we go. Judge Lopez is amazing but he is just to \cool\ with the situations. I think he should be more \hard ass\ so people don't keep on going and going back to court. You pay your dues in a period of time and that's that. Nothing more!
