I Recently bought a Nissan Navara from Samys Car Sales. The car was in top condition just like described online. The process was very professional, due to lockdown restrictions I was sent all information including detailed videos of the car, I travelled 250 miles to collect the car, when I arrived the car and paperwork was waiting ready to go, it was quick and I was on the road heading back home ASAP! The staff were polite and professional. 5 star experience.
Was an absolute nightmare, definitely wouldn't go here but this was from my personal experience. Guy I spoke to when I got there was very intimidating, rude and unreasonable, I couldn't wait to just leave, if he didn't want my business he could have just told me on the phone so I didn't waste my time travelling there. If you have money just to buy a car from them outright it might be better, but trading in was the worst experience I have had with a dealer, and ended up leaving.
Amazing customer service, even though I had issues with the vehicle which was no one's fault, professional and friendly throughout.
