Samuel Makepeace Bespoke Estate Agents - Kidsgrove

Would 100% recommend SM to others. I would not hesitate to use them again. Excellent service, Jaydene ensured that I was kept updated with the progress of the sale. The team provided me with advice when needed, and proactively responded to all of my queries.

We cannot thank Jaydene and the team enough for the sale of our home. They have been amazing. Very friendly professional service. They went above and beyond for us especially Jaydene!!!! Right from the start they were proactive in marketing our house. We had over 10 viewings within the first week.. Unfortunately our sale fell through the first time as the buyer went awol and couldn't get in touch with him. But again we resold within a few weeks. Which meant that we were able to buy our dream home!!!!! If you are looking for the right estate agent to sell your house look no further!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. One of our friends has already sold his property with them at the Newcastle branch. Thank you again from Emma & Dave x
