Great quality TV suppliers and they knew what they were talking about.
Very poor customer service....the worst I have experienced....
I used 4k to take my TV to and from their center because it's a 65" I used Sendy. They asked for 3k which I paid for diagnosis only. Then wakanshow hawana the replacement part so I pick my TV and buy the part then watakuja kureplace. It's a screwless TV, these punks busted one corner while opening it. Lucky the screen wasn't cracked(I hope it won't start acting up because if it does, then it's done). I called them after shipping a new mother board from e-bay, they never send anyone. The engineer I'm I decided to replace the motherboard myself. That's when I realized(the TV had been still in the box for 1 month since I picked since I didn't see any need for removing it) that they didn't even know how to open a screwless TV, it took me 10 minutes on youtube to know that.
