Had a LCD screen and screen protector replaced on a moto g6 and was told it was under warranty. Noticed the tempered glass screen protector was sticking out at the bottom and within a few weeks it cracked along with the main screen they fitted. Now they are not interested in honouring the warranty and said that it wasn't straight because the screen moved when it cracked even though it's glued down solid. They obviously buy cheap quality replacement parts and can't even fit straight. Totally useless just like the warranty they offer.

My mobile phone was water damaged and I took it in to see if anything could be done, sadly it was beyond repair but they mean what they say, no fix no fee! I was very upset as the phone was a present but they were so kind I wouldn't hesitate to use again, a great local business.
My iPhone 6 went to this shop for a new screen and a speaker, it came back not charging, they offered to replace the battery at my expense to which I declined as in my opinion if they broke it they should fix it. They broke my phone and offered to repair the damage at my expense. Definitely do not trust these people with your phone. I spoke with an owner there who blamed my phone not working on it being dropped a month prior to my shop visit, the phone worked fine before it was “repaired” by this shop, now it doesn’t work at all. Awful phone shop went to get my Samsung s9 screen repaired the man with glasses starts to tell me there’s 2 different types of screens then writes down two numbers on a piece of paper one being 165 and the other 205 I asked if this was the price he said no then another guy came over and said yes it is I said can’t you do no lower he then speaks in another language and says no! Absolute con artist avoid unless you want to be ripped off!
