This is just a great place, end of. It's got atmosphere, great fresh food well cooked and huge portion. Great friendly staff. We last came here approximately 10yrs ago and it is still just as good. Now we live locally we will be back more regularly

Wonderful, Friendly Eatery Nestled in the heart of Fowey, this eatery delivered for us a slap-up feast with wonderful, attentive service. We opted for the Seafood Feast Deluxe and were amazed by what was delivered to our table. The mussels were incredible as were the sardines and king prawns. The whole dish was a triumph of sympathetic attention to detail resulting in perfectly cooked seafood presented very well indeed. The staff were clearly focussed on customer satisfaction and the cheery service underlined this. No hesitation in giving 5 Stars - thoroughly deserved. Oh, and thanks for the samples of 'The Refresher' cocktail - Cheers!
We had a wonderful lunch at Sam’s. The mussels were the best I had eaten, so fresh & flavour was delicious. Great varied menu & staff were so kind & friendly - we will definitely be back!
Booked a table for lunch on Sunday and had a wonderful experience. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful and the ambiance fun and friendly - my brother loved the movie and music memorabilia on the walls. On to the food - absolutely delicious! Everything was great. Highly recommend.
We had a great dinner, very generous portions and fantastic service. The seafood feast was perfect.
