The manager its a great help and the staff as well I could not find kabab on menu to pay buy card some the boss said what ya want so I told him and let me pay on Friday also you get your money worth as well very big portions and well worth the money always nice and clean and fresh food everyday thanks alot sams

Nice chips, but the fish......weird rock hard undercooked batter and awful fish, tasted like something beefy, certainly not like fish. My wife’s was the same - both fish went in the bin. Well, that’s 13.50 down the drain. Let’s hope we are not ill tomorrow. We went here after looking at the reviews below....seems the best reviews are from years ago. If you must go here, stick to the kebabs or pizza, surely they can’t be worse than the fish?
Be Aware they will steal your money, ordered food on 14/01/20 from their website, food never came, when I rang them was told they would refund me straight away, they never rang back next day after checking with bank as they never attempted to refund, rang them again they said money would definitely be refunded back check again with bank nothing refunded, now the bank will have too get my money back and investigate these fraudsters. As people can see from the response they stated they refunded me this is untrue I still not have received any refund, checked with the bank and there has been no attempt to refund. Don't know who they have refunded but certainly it's not me, the bank is now going to retrieve my money for me and open an investigation against Chip Stop

Waited nearly 20 minutes for my order beside two of Bensham's dirtiest smackheads. They managed to get my order of fish and chips twice wrong. Don't bother going here... you'll only get mugged by one of many local junkies..
