I have tried for the past two days to make contact with the Hearing Aid tech at Sam’s in Harlingen. Left my number and no reply. Called and repeatedly told he’s not here. The store is open! Liberty hearing is about to lose ANOTHER customer.

Please do enforce Mask Policy sign at your door. Nobody was watching the entrance when I came in and 2 maskless parties strolled in. I couldn't find an associate nearby to inform and the maskless people ignored me simply reminding them.

I usually enjoy shopping at Sam's but since you have decided to barricade a portion of the store with grocery carts, not so much anymore! I find myself coming down an aisle with the intent of going the opposite direction in the next aisle and running into those darn carts. So then I have to go back down the aisle where I have already been to get to the next aisle. This may seem trivial to a young person but to a senior citizen I assure you it is not. I don't have energy to spare to go wandering around your store in circles. I understand traffic flow but surely you can do better than this.

Horrible experience! Dealing with rude cashiers and very unprofessional staff. Don’t forget your job is to provide customer service and we as customers should feel comfortable spending our money at your store after all that how you get your salary paid.
