I've been going to this store for a good few years. I've never had any issues coming here and found what I need, or want. If anything, the only thing I dislike about it is the sales representatives, but I fully understand that they are doing there job. I just noticed today that there are more sales representatives in the store and try asking you when you are walking by or paying.

very busy, alot of people, it is better to use your smart phone scan your items and pay on your phone and show the recite barcode to the person at the exit door and leave exit.

Love this place! Get lots of great stuff in bulk, like waters, paper towels, cheese, things I can use for a good couple of weeks and not worry about getting them for a while! Great prices too, also stopping by once in a while is great cause they bring out some amazing discounts from time to time!

The young lady in customer service was courtesy and understanding to my questions in reviewing my wife membership card. My wife pass away 5 months ago due to corona virus and this young lady recommendations to my needs. It's always a great experience when I go to Sam's club I find everything that I need. Only today I didn't find the Clorax Wipes but they're scarce everywhere! But did find The Pioneer Woman cookbook which I loved!
