I had just completed a 17km around Wallasea Island, needed replenishing, and planned to eat a cooked breakfast at Sam's Café. (I was at the Industrial Estate for other reasons as well). Excellent value for money. Basic Covid-19 precautions in place (tracing, masks) I had a basic breakfast - see photo. Mug of tea was immediate, breakfast soon after. Completely satisfied afterwards. Friendly, clean, inexpensive - definitely impressed me. Cheers! (Sorry - not the best photo of me as I was k..n..ackered!)

Had breakfast there twice now and it was perfect. Looking forward to going back and trying the chicken curry.
