Traditional, freshly cooked food - Great value for money. We have visited three times in the last few months and particularly enjoyed the Bratwurst in onion sauce and the cordon bleu. There is a very good beer selection. The owners are always very friendly and welcoming as you would expect in a small town. There is ample parking available, with easy access to walking trails along the river and cross country skiing paths. This is a great place to stop by while you are passing through Samedan.

Fresh homemade food with nice service and good price
This was a very friendly restaurant, with good food, large portions, and normal Swiss prices. The food was good with regional and seasonal specialties.

Wir mussten über 15min warten und wurden NICHT bedient. Wir wollten nur etwas trinken und die Terrasse war nicht sehr voll. Des weiteren trägt das Personal keine Masken - obwohl das jetzt während COVID-19 ein MUSS ist. Die Tische stehen keine 2m auseinander auf der Terrasse und es gibt nirgends Desinfizierungsmittel für Gäste. Die Dame vom Service hat uns mehrmals angeschaut und unsere Bestellung nicht aufgenommen. Nach fast 20min Wartezeit ohne Bedienung haben wir das Lokal Kommentarlos verlassen.
Sehr gute Hausmannskost, alles frisch zubereitet, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Allerdings pflegt der Wirt das Kundenverhältnis etwas zu sehr, deshalb ein Stern Abzug.
