Floating market near Bangkok Just almost one hour drive from Bangkok! If you just wanna relax but have no idea where to go for a one day trip, I recommended this place. Good foods, nice atmosphere are here!

Definitely got the local vibe here. Shops are great, generally selling fruits and vegetables and other dried pantry goods. We had lunch at a restaurant next to the river - it specialised in braised duck and it was the best! We had duck noodles, fish cakes, fried crab balls (?) and a whole braised duck. Definitely coming back again

It’s a great location to come and spend your time with your family. It’s just 1 hour driving from Bangkok. You will enjoy eating foods beside the river. You can feed fish from the table that you sit in the restaurant. Plus, you can buy fruits, foods, vegetables, trees and things in the market after meal. They are fresh, beautiful and fresh. The price is so cheap. If you miss the old days and want to touch and feel the Thai tradition style, you should not miss this place.

Don Wai Floating Market is located behind Don Wai Temple, A.Samphran, Nakhon Pathom Province is a market along the Tha Chin River. With many items for sale especially the outstanding food is the stewed duck which is sold in many shops and the taste of each store is different. There are also many Thai desserts such as Chup Layered candy Toddy Palm Cake and Sweet Stuffed Dough However, some foods are not available or difficult to find in Bangkok and the market is bustling on Saturday and Sunday.
