Bad experience. I was interested in obtaining a quote for a car that I wanted to buy, but the retailer didn't give me any information about a personalised offer. He just told me to look on the brochure. I also asked for a test drive on a Saturday morning, out of working time, but he told me it was not possible since on that day it was not covered by insurance. That was the only car dealer which was not willing to give me a Saturday test drive.

Unfallschäden begutachten lassen kostet extra 150. Auf meine Frage warum, da es in allen anderen Werkstätten eine Serviceleistung ist: Ja, man muss den Mehraufwand berechnen. (Im Computer Fahrzeugdaten eingeben und einen Sachverständigen bestellen) Der Mitarbeiter mit dem ich gesprochen habe, war sehr nett, jedoch wurde ich in weiteren 3 Instanzen unhöflichst abgewimmelt. Egal ob zum Autokauf oder zur Reparatur. ÖFAG werde ich kilometerweit meiden. Leider muss ich einen Stern geben.
