The team at Salty Sailing are fantastic at building your confidence while they make sure you become a safe and competent sailor. I had a great time going from absolute beginner to Day Skipper with their encouragement and good practice, and had lots of fun on the way. I recommend them without hesitation.

I have just completed my Day Skipper practical with Salty Sailing and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Lizzy is an amazing Instructor and the rest of the team are also fantastic. I found the atmosphere on the boat informative, relaxed, encouraging and fun. The focus wasn’t just on passing the qualification; we learned how to be a better Sailor whilst facing some quite testing conditions. If anyone is considering taking their RYA Qualifications, or just wants to improve their skills on the water, I thoroughly recommend Salty. An excellent company.
I recently took part and completed a Coastal Skipper and VHF course through Salty Sailing. I was more than impressed with the service, from booking the course and then the standard of professionalism during the course was absolute top quality by the Salty team. I loved every minute of it and had so much fun, met new people and more importantly I learnt new skills and now feel confident to carry on with moving forward with my sailing. I highly recommend Salty Sailing and I will 100% be back for more courses.
Amazing vibe and such a good range of courses for different levels. I’m a total beginner and Lizzy the owner has a policy of no shouting (unless someone’s about to do something very dangerous!) so it not stressful and hectic and I learned so much. Totally addicted now. What a beautiful boat to be on. Clean and such an amazing location. I will be back!!
