Saltitude Outfitters is awesome. Captain Sam put us on the fish even in less than ideal weather conditions, and his knowledge and professionalism made for a great day on the water and a full ice chest. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great fishing experience.
Saltitude outfitters is a great fishing experience for bay fishing, especially for families. Capt. Sam is great with kids. He is patient and teaches them how to fish.
We went fishing with Captain Sam and caught our limit on Black Drum (15). We caught a mess of other fish too. We caught a lot of Red Fish and Black Drum that weren't quite the keeping size, but still very fun to catch. Captain Sam even gave my son one of his sodas. I'm sure that's something he'll remember for a very long time. We grilled fish for dinner on the hotels grill and it was very good. Captain Sam recommended keeping the scales on the fish fillet for grilling and it worked like a charm. I didn't have to use foil. I was able to use less olive oil and didn't have to worry about the fish sticking to the grill. The fish taste a whole lot better than I thought too with lemon pepper, sea salt, olive oil & some Worcestershire sauce. Thanks again Captain Sam.
We went out with Capt. Sam and had a day to remember. Caught our limit and laughed all morning. Highly recommend capt. Sam to all us newbies and seasoned bay fishermen. Thank you capt. Sam from my porpoise loving heart.
